What if I have kidney problems?

According to Jen, people with kidney problems don’t need to limit themselves to white bread. She explains, “less than 30 percent of phosphorus is absorbed from whole-grain foods”. She also recommends aiming “for 25 to 30 grams of fiber per day.”
